Vegan Nutrition: The Ultimate Weight Loss Tool – Part 3

Glad to see you back for the final installment in this series.  If you missed either of the first two parts, here they are:

Part 1 – About How Much Control You Really Do Have

Part 2 – About the Yo-Yo and Why You Are Destined To Fail On Every Diet ?

Now, onwards to Part 3 ….

From the previous 2 sections, you can fully understand why we have so much obesity in our country.  Even worldwide, when countries adopt the western (or more specifically American) eating habits, the rates of obesity skyrocket.  It is becoming a world-wide epidemic that we really do need to stop.

With that said, before I go into the description of the Ultimate Solution, I want to take one more moment and address the word ‘Diet’. Truly, I consider this word to be one of those ‘bad 4-letter words’!  I think you understand what I mean by that …  The reason I say this is because a diet is considered to be ‘something that you go on.’  Therefore, by definition, it will become ‘something that you go off’.  Right?  You see, once again, it is destined for failure!

Rather, I think it is essential to do a mindset shift.  I am not going to promote a new ‘diet’.  For, that would simply be something that you ‘try’ .. and ultimately something that you will leave.  Instead, I am going to offer the solution of a lifestyle shift.  Yes, that is what it is.  It is a lifestyle shift.  Even, a mindset shift.

The solution lies in adopting Plant-Based Vegan nutrition.  It involves eliminating all animal products — meat, eggs, cheese, milk, yogurt, and ice cream.  Instead, the food plan is composed of:

  • vegetables
  • grains
  • legumes
  • fruits

How simple is that?  You can create very delicious meals from these four groups.  The variety and new flavors you will discover will surprise you.

And, the best news — You can PERMANENTLY stop counting calories!!!

You can literally EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!  Truly!  And, you will still lose weight.  Time and time again, when overweight or obese people adopt this nutritional program, the weight falls off.  Often, there is a dramatic loss of weight within the first 2-4 weeks.  Then, as you continue, you will progressively lose more and more weight.  As you continue with this nutritional program — giving your body what it really wants, for the first time! — you will continue to lose weight until you achieve your ideal body weight.

How good does that sound?!

This is not a pie-in-the-sky promise.  Not at all. It has been achieved by thousands of people before you.  I encourage you to take the step. Your life – and your body – will never be the same!

There are a lot of great books out there on how to get started on the Vegan Path.  Some of my favorites are by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. John McDougall, and Dr. Neal Barnard.  There are many others.  Plus, I am here to give you continual encouragement and education.  Also, you can check my YouTube Channel for even more:

Now, go make the decision and take action.

Here’s to your improved health!

What an honor it was to meet you in person at the health conference over the weekend. . Definetely the highlight. I have termed you “The Enlightened Dr.”
Everything you promote and stand for is sensible and substainable long term. You are one of the very few medical Dr’s that knows the truth, lives and share it.
You told me what seems so obvious but reminded me to pay attention to three important factors….Stress reduction, exercise and food! Thank you and I look forward to following you, reading your blogs and book and listening to you speak.
