Today, I’d like to introduce you to one of the great leaders in the field of Preventive Medicine, Dr. Dean Ornish. Perhaps you have heard of him, or read one of his best-selling books. He has done a wonderful job in researching the powerful effects of optimal nutrition, exercise and stress reduction. He is someone absolutely committed to preventive health and spreading the benefits to all.

I met him recently at a conference and we discussed the dire need for this message to get out to all. I created this video so that you, my readers, can understand who this powerful leader is. I thank Dr. Dean Ornish for his wonderful contribution to this field. Enjoy the video!

Heart Attacks can be very scary, indeed. If you are reading this and you live in the western world, I am sure you know of someone who has had a heart attack. In fact, you likely know of someone who has died from a heart attack. It is a very serious and life-threatening condition. When I worked in the Emergency Room, nearly every single day someone would come in with chest pain — and would often get diagnosed with a heart attack. It is really that common, unfortunately.

However, I am not here to scare you. Rather, I want to inspire you and provide you with the information you need to know in order to make sure this doesn’t happen to you!
