I always thought my license plate should be NVRENF (never enough). I liked the simple way you described this. We dieters alway feel deprived, but no more. Just eat big to get small. Makes sense to me. thanks for this topic.

Ha! ‘NVRENF’ — that’s a new one on me. Yes, that really does describe sooo many people’s thought process when it comes to food, doesn’t it? I am glad you enjoyed the simple way I described this. Truly, you CAN eat big without getting big! It is a whole new way of thinking of things, isn’t it?
