In the seemingly never-ending quest for people to lose weight and eat an ideal diet, have you ever stopped to wonder if there is an ideal diet that our bodies were actually ‘designed’ to eat? What I mean is this — Are there any indicators that we humans were created to eat certain foods? Is our jaw structure, our intestines, our metabolism, designed in a such a way to favor one type of eating over another???
